E-Commerce Giant Buys Luxury Spa & Skincare Brand

Hot on the heals of their recent acquisition of Glossy Box, the Hut Group have announce their purchase of leading British spa brand ESPA in a deal set to be worth over £100 million.

The Hut Group have proven themselves as leaders in the the beauty e-commerce space with sites including and This latest acquisition sees them add to their beauty brand portfolio alongside MIO Skincare.

Speaking of their new addition THG Chief Executive Matthew Moulding said:

“We intend to invest substantially in the ESPA brand, especially in manufacturing capabilities, to develop the brand into a true global leader in its area,”.

ESPA founder Susan Harmsworth shared her feelings on the acquisition
